How does "the room" work at VT? Is it all "wrestle with the guys in your weight class"? Or do they mix sometimes or does a certain coach wrestle sometimes with multiple classes near his weight? I'd love to hear how VT advances their wrestlers over other schools.
Second, you talk about VT's style, can you elaborate? VT under Dresser teaches blank versus these "3 other approaches". VT looks for wrestlers like blank and wrestlers like blank don't do as well. So, watch for this VT fans.
Third, can you give more information on gaining and cutting weight. It can't be as easy as "don't drink water and sweat", is it? Other pre-match stuff as well.
I really liked the TSL article, but I am at the point of watching two wrestlers and just judging who seems to be winning and not really knowing anything else, so if I could better understand what our wrestlers are trying to do, that would be fun.
I can do more of these all days, because my ignorance of this subject is boundless.
